Hello friends,

Today I want to share my review of Termux, a popular app for Android. It is used by many people who like coding, programming, and doing Linux tasks on their phone.

What is Termux?

Termux is a terminal emulator for Android. This means you can run Linux commands right from your mobile. It is free to use and can be downloaded from F-Droid or GitHub.

My Experience with Termux

I tried Termux many times. In the beginning, it looked very useful. You can install packages, run servers, write code, and much more.

But slowly I saw some problems. Some projects don’t work fully. Sometimes it gives errors. Many commands don’t run as expected. Also, if you don’t have enough knowledge, it becomes very hard to use.

Is Termux Good or Bad?

Termux is good if you know how to use Linux or coding. It is not very beginner friendly. If you are just starting, it may confuse you or waste your time.

So, in my opinion:

👍 Good for experts

👎 Not good for beginners

😕 Many things break or give errors

🤔 Better options may be available

Final Thoughts

I personally feel that Termux is not worth it for most users, especially if you want simple results. It can be frustrating. But if you enjoy learning and trying new things, you can explore it.

Termux is now no more working, some commands not working.
